What we collect

• The contact form. If you send it, we receive your name, your phone number or email, your message, and the internet (IP) address it came from. It goes to our inbox on this website and to our email, so we can reply to you.
• WhatsApp and phone orders. When you order this way, you share details such as your name, phone number, delivery address and size or measurements. We use them only to make and deliver your order.
• Nothing else. We don't take payments on this website, and you don't need an account.

Cookies

One cookie keeps the contact form and our staff login secure. It's deleted when you close your browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.

Who else is involved

• Hostinger hosts this website and our email.
• Google Fonts supplies the lettering on these pages, so your browser connects to Google, which sees your IP address.
• WhatsApp handles any chat you start with us there, under its own privacy policy.
• Our own riders and the delivery companies we use receive the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your order.

We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages only for as long as we need them to help you, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@divineheritage.com.ng or message us on WhatsApp.
